The last two day, my friends in other site complain about the job. They write in mail and then broadcast to any member of CE (Customer Engineer) in the site. They refuse to do something that not related to their job. In example, they need to clean up the DC with a lot of box there and some device from the last deployment. Even they didn’t know the box and device are useable or not. Amdocs, the one who own the stuff didn’t give the confirmation about this stuff. Need to move on or keeping in warehouse. But Telkomsel as the owner of the building need us to clean up the DC as soon as possible. Whew.. I know Telkomsel really know the situation about the stuff is not our own, but how could.. almost of the box have a title of our company there. WT*! The damn thing just happened to me last week. Do the handy thing twice! #sigh
And the other thing, they complaining about be cable guy. How could the engineer be a cable guy. Who open the raise floor and crawling around. Wow.. be spiderman sometimes! and that isn’t great! And at my experience, sometimes I do the logistic things. Collecting and list the stuff. that is the BiG WOW!!!
So boss, can you rise my salary? We already be a cable guy, handy guy, logistic and as engineer as well!
